Yeah, I'm surprised at how big that forum has gotten. It grew really quickly.

But AM! is awesome, there aren't enough words for them.

quite true. i gots to perfect this forum and try to get as good as Lex did the AM! one. that'll be hard and im sure impossible.

& yes, Tom Gabel solo alongside Chuck Ragan is going to be one of the best shows of the year. I don't know what I'm gonna do.

I'm not a fan of their last couple of records but I dig 'em.

hmm true. and what is up with the new songs they put on the myspace? like So Much More sounds so cliche'd pop-punk. i mean, love AM! to death and til the end, but, that doesnt even sound like AM ! anymore

They're just growing and trying new things, I kind of like that they've covered so many different sounds over their career.

went through the stage i think everybody does where you listen to them constantly. now i never do.
all their music is great but they are insanely overrated.

also new wave was awesome with the exception of animal.

the only reason i didnt like animal was the distortion on the vox. i like the jazzy feel to it. and the way the vocals are sung, but it seemed overproduced

to me it just sounds like an NIN song, the only time i sit through it is when i'm listening to the record on vinyl.

Against Me! is a very successful band and are deserving of this "fame." That's all I'm going to say.

Against me is what made me start my current Band. Ahhh....They enspire me so much. Every Lyric Tom writes is like a word of god....if one existed. But yea...They also introduced me to the wonder ful Fake Problems =)

Bestest band ever

My absolute favorite band. Their shows never disappoint and I love almost every song I've ever listened to of theirs...

I actually found out about Against Me! through Fake Problems, as AM has influenced FP in many ways, along with their constant touring, I don't think they were much of an influence so much in the very beginning of the band when Chris D. was still the drummer, but I definitely noticed a change in FP's style when they came back from their first tour out west and Sean gave me a demo of their "new stuff", which would now be the Spurs N' Spokes/Bull and O Pioneers! split.
